Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: September 2, 2026

1. What you are buying

Toast is operated by Arnanda Technologies Private Limited. We sell prepaid credits, not a subscription. One credit costs 500 and gives you 30 minutes of video processing. You buy any quantity you like in a single payment.

2. There is nothing to cancel

There is no subscription, no recurring payment and no auto-renewal. We do not store your card or set up any mandate. A purchase is a one-time payment, so there is no billing to stop and no cancellation to request.

3. Credits never expire

Purchased credits remain on your account indefinitely. They do not lapse at the end of a month, a year, or any other period, and we do not reduce or reclaim an unused balance. Money you spend on credits is never lost to time — it stays available until you use it.

4. All purchases are final

We do not offer refunds on credit purchases. Once a payment is confirmed and credits are added to your account, the purchase cannot be reversed or exchanged for money.

This is possible precisely because of the two points above: credits do not expire and nothing recurs, so a purchase you have not used yet is not wasted — it is simply waiting for you.

5. Try before you pay

Every new account receives 30 free minutes, enough to take a real video all the way through the editor and export it. We strongly recommend using them before buying anything, so you can confirm Toast works for your footage, your device and your workflow first.

Toast runs entirely in your browser and your video never leaves your device, so performance depends on your own hardware. The free minutes are the honest way to check that before any money changes hands.

6. How minutes are counted

Minutes are deducted based on the total duration of the footage you bring in, measured once when a project is created. For a project made from several takes, that is the sum of all takes. Re-editing, re-exporting or changing your mind about a project costs nothing extra — a project is only ever charged once.

If your balance does not cover a video, we tell you before anything is processed. We never partially process a project and consume part of your balance for an unusable result.

7. Failed and duplicate payments

If money leaves your account but credits do not appear, that is not a refund matter — it is an error, and we will fix it. Contact us with your payment reference and we will either add the credits you paid for or return the payment.

Duplicate charges for the same payment are likewise returned in full. Our system is built so that a single payment can only ever be credited once, and a repeated charge for the same purchase is an error on our side.
