Terms of Service

Toast ("the Service") is operated by Arnanda Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Toast is a browser-based AI video and audio editor. Video and audio processing happens locally on your device. Our servers provide authentication, project metadata storage, and proxy access to third-party AI APIs.

You must create an account to use Toast. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload. Toast does not claim any rights to your videos, audio, or edited outputs. Your video is processed entirely on your device and never reaches our servers. Other content does reach us: audio we transcribe or denoise is proxied through our servers to the providers that do that work, and a reference photograph you upload is stored in your private library. What leaves your device, and for how long we keep it, is listed in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse API access
• Share your account credentials with others

We aim to keep Toast available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service without notice.

Toast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your project metadata will be deleted from our servers.

Toast sells prepaid credits, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal. Purchased credits never expire, and all purchases are final — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for the full terms, including what happens if a payment fails or is charged twice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
